The estimated delivery time for all orders is 5 to 14 business days. Please note that during high demand seasons, the estimated delivery time may increase.
How long will it take to dispatch the order?
Orders typically ship out 1-3 business days from our warehouse in Irvine, California. However, there may be chances where it may take longer to ship out due to heavier shipping volume. Please be patient with us during these times. We will highly appreciate it ! :)

We currently offer shipping to the US, Canada, Australia, and EU but would love to further expand and ship to more places in the future!
Why is my package taking so long?

This may be caused by external factors such as processing, shipping carrier, and holidays that we have no control over. How long does it take to process a return?
For most orders, it typically takes 1 week to process a return. Once the return is processed, we’ll refund your original form of payment and we’ll be sure to send you an e-mail notification so you know it’s gone through.
How do I start a return or exchange?
