Shipping
How long will it take for my items to arrive?
The estimated delivery time for all orders is 3 to 6 business days. Please note that due to Covid-19, and during high demand seasons, the estimated delivery time may increase.
How long will it take to dispatch the order?
Orders typically ship out 1-3 business days from our warehouse in Irvine, California. However, there may be chances where it may take longer to ship out due to heavier shipping volume. Please be patient with us during these times. We will highly appreciate it ! :)

Do you ship worldwide?
We ship throughout the US. We currently do not offer worldwide shipping but would love to ship internationally in the future!
How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping and returns in the US for all orders!
Why is my package taking so long?
First of all, we are so sorry you've experience this! Occasionally, shipping may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. This may be caused by external factors such as processing, shipping carrier, and holidays that we have no control over. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve it.

Can I update or make changes to my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email notification with your order tracking details.
My product is faulty or has arrived damaged. What should I do?

What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the order date. For more information, please refer to our Return Policy
How long does it take to process a return?
For most orders, it typically takes 1 week to process a return. Once the return is processed, we’ll refund your original form of payment and we’ll be sure to send you an e-mail notification so you know it’s gone through.
How do I start a return or exchange?
We always want you and your pets to love your items as much as we do! That said, if something isn’t right or you’re not completely satisfied, we're happy to initiate the return process on all items as long as it is within 14 days. Just contact us at support@happypetopia.com
